2. Service Description
OneDriver provides professional driver services where our licensed drivers operate your vehicle or provide transportation services as requested. We offer various packages including Drink'nDrive™ and Out of Colombo™ services.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking
- Cancellation policies apply as per the specific package
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your vehicle is in good working condition
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
- Treat our drivers with respect and courtesy
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, OneDriver is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the provision of services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
6. Insurance
Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles. Our drivers are licensed and insured as per Sri Lankan regulations.
7. Modifications to Terms
OneDriver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
